This picture is from Salem, India where the needs are overwhelming. People are being helped with literacy training, the two women are widows who have needs with everyday sustenance, and with daily issues with such simple things as food, medical care, and poverty. Lepers receive food, clothing, bandages, and Christian compassion.

A medical team serves a several locations to provide care for HIV/AIDS patients.

There is a continuing outreach to deliver girl babies from infant infanticide. The poverty is so great that parents cannot afford a dowry so the girls can marry.

Your prayers and financial help provide relief for so many with a huge variety of needs.

Thank you so much for all you do. Contact Homeless Rescue Services at 510-301-9418. Ask for Jo or Malcolm.
